Automated Medical Supply Order & Document Workflow for Medical-Wundmanagement

This n8n workflow automates the end-to-end process for handling medical supply orders at Medical-Wundmanagement. It receives order data via webhook, formats and multiplies product quantities, cleans up signature data, and creates a customer folder in Google Drive. The workflow fills out and submits order and application forms via the Docuseal API, downloads completed documents, and uploads them to Google Drive. It also sends confirmation emails to customers and internal notifications to the back office, including download links for all relevant documents. If a provider switch is indicated, it generates and processes the necessary change declaration as well.
